A signed veterinary referral form is required for all services, this can be downloaded from the contact page.
By being RAMP and NAVP registered, you can claim against your pet insurance for veterinary physiotherapy and canine hydrotherapy sessions.

Peak Performance Vet Physio operates in East Anglia, counties covered include parts of Suffolk, North Essex,and South Norfolk.

Discounts are available for block session bookings, and bookings for more than one animal at the same address.
